Mechanical Engineer II Supported worldwide drilling operations by providing innovative and timely technical evaluations and recommendations for a wide array of necessary drilling rig upgrades and modifications that reduced overall rig down time. Managed a corporate standardization project to develop the company’s standard 2,000 HP and 1,500 HP universal rig concepts and designs that would enable new rig fleet additions to have the capability of effectively entering into various markets to increase rig fleet utilization. Aided on numerous drilling rig tender contract responses for the technical evaluation portions of the drilling tender contracts.
Mechanical Engineer I Supported worldwide drilling operations by providing innovative and timely technical evaluations and recommendations for a wide array of necessary drilling rig upgrades and modifications that reduced overall rig down time. Contributed to drilling operations management, business development, and engineering teams as the project engineer for various proposals ranging from new rig builds to intricate rig upgrades in Alaska and Papua New Guinea.

Project/Design Engineer Completed a multi-million dollar well intervention equipment project as a lead project engineer. Responsible for managing every facet of the project from the initial design, fabrication and finally the commissioning phase. Spearheaded the development of a company equipment standardization project for future well intervention equipment which would reduce required engineering design time and increase future project’s gross margins.

Arizona Public Service Phoenix, Arizona, USA [2011 - 2011]

Mechanical Engineering Intern Preformed Life-cycle analysis of three decades of plant operating data for various mechanical and electrical systems throughout the power plant to determine the most cost effective preventative maintenance schedules and equipment replacements. Assisted in the engineering analysis to upgrade the power plant’s existing HVAC and Chiller systems.
